Unable to access my Photos through Viber app on iPad iOS 7

For some reason, I can't access my Photos through Viber App and even some other applications. For instance, when I try to change my Viber profile picture, the Viber app says the following:

"This app does not have access to ypour photos or videos", you can enable access in Privacy Settings.

However, when I try to change the setting on privacy, nothing comes up. On the Privacy Settings, it only says the following:

"Photos stored on your iPad may contain other information, such as when and where the photo was taken".

"Apps that have requested access to your photos will appear here"

BUT NOTHING APPEARS ON THIS PAGE.

Any suggestions, help please !/?
