You should get an e-mail from Apple with a download code for the App Store. Based on what I've read in the discussions, sometimes it can take several days.
That has been the promise since the early part of November when I first payed for it. Support cancelled that payment during the call to them two weeks ago and then we arranged to order it again. This time using both the work and home e-mail addresses.
If I do not get it this week, I will call again.
I do believe that Apple is working on this, but just getting the e-mail with the download instructions and code appear to be the problem.
