i need to know how to get rid of a email thats on my account

everytime i want to update my computer it askes for my ex girlfriends password to her email and not my icloud what is the problem and how do i remove her email from all my account

MacBook Pro with Retina display, iOS 7.0.4, its my icloud acount is sinked
