After installing the latest update i cannot login anymore as it is asking me for the keychain password which i dont know

MacBook Pro (13-inch Early 2011), OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)

Normally, your admin password is the keychain password, unless you set another.

Yes indeed but it did not work with my admin password. I restarted the MacBook again manually and i could now login to my account (before it was locked by the keychain message). There i was able to follow the below and it worked.

Open 'Keychain Access' Application
Select the 'login' keychain from the keychains list
Click the lock at the top to lock the login keychain
Click the lock again to unlock the login keychain
After entering your login keychain password you should be presented with a dialog:
Clicking the reset button will re-sync your login.keychain password with the iCloud keychain password.

Ah! You didn't mention the iCloud keychain connection. Don't use any cloudy stuff, so I didn't put that in the queue.
