Q: I got a new pay as you go sim from Voadfone. Its not working. Still cant make any calls or txts. Anyone else have this problem?

I got my friends old phone, paid for a new sim (pay as you go). Lady said it would work in an hour. still hasnt worked. anyone else have this issue
