Seems like you did not convert it to a compatible format.How did you convert it?

- MPEG-4 video up to 2.5 Mbps, 640 by 480 pixels, 30 frames per second, Simple Profile with AAC-LC audio up to 160 Kbps per channel, 48kHz, stereo audio in .m4v, .mp4, and .mov file formats
- Motion JPEG (M-JPEG) up to 35 Mbps, 1280 by 720 pixels, 30 frames per second, audio in ulaw, PCM stereo audio in .avi file format

Dec 31, 2013 10:37 AM in response to lllaassby tawhida.khan,First I have converted it with A software named "Any Video Converter".After the conversion was done,the file opened in a new tab.Then I made the quick time player as its default program and when I wanted to play it with itunes,it didn't play!!!
