Q: find my phone set up on 3gs mobile

I have an iphone 3gs iOS 6.13 am trying to set up find my phone, what should I do. Downloaded the app but it telling me I need iOS7

iPhone 3GS, iOS 6.1.3

    To enable Find My iPhone on your phone, go to Settings>iCloud, sign in with your Apple ID to create your iCloud account, then scroll down and turn Find My iPhone to On.

     

    The app you downloaded doesn't enable Find My iPhone on your phone.  It just allows you to track other devices that you may own that are using Find My iPhone.
