On an iPhone 4S can you block someone from being able to contact you without getting rid of FaceTime altogether? Can you do the same thing for snap chat?

You can block a contact if you want to. That would prevent them from contacting you.
Snapchat is a 3rd party app and you would have to consult them to see what settings they have for any restrictions.
Can you block someone from being able to FaceTime you on a 4s? If so, how. Also is it possible to block someone from being able to snap chat you? How?
