i reinstalled itunes to11.1 version and it wants me disconnect compatibility mode before opening and i dont know how to do it

iPad, Windows XP, i pad mini

Try the following document, only be sure that none of the boxes in the compatibility tab are checked (not just the compatibility mode box itself):
