Dec 29, 2013 1:56 PM in response to zigzebrazagby King_Penguin,Did they have 'free' against them in the chart instead of their normal price ? For iOS 7 compatibe devices activated after September 1st those apps will be free (so will show in the top-free chart), but if your iPad was activated before 1st September then you will have been charged their normal price.

You can try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support, but unless you meet the above then you have been correctly charged for them : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
