Why is my iphone 5s doesn't have a facetime ? and my model is A1457

If bought in an arab country they have outlawed the feature and have apple remove it

I live in Saudi Arabia, and I am using the facetime. Just amazing.

because my iphone is asian version (1530).

if your phone is bought from outside these banned countries, it will work as long as you have internet.

Nope.

No of course they can't, because firstly, if you did not buy your phone in an EU country or the UK, they won't touch the phone because your warranty is not valid in the UK.

Also, they really cannot help you because if you have purchased a phone without FaceTime on it, you will never ever be able to get FaceTime on that phone, so there is nothing that you can do except buy a new phone from a country where FaceTime is not banned and has FaceTime on it to start with.

If you are in the UK, you could always buy a new phone in the UK instead and sell the other one because you can never get FaceTime on that phone.
