Transferring specific files from one computer to another

I would just like to transfer specific things from my old mac to my new one. I tried migration but they don't let you pick and choose. Also how do I transfer all my Safari bookmarks and passwords?

Thanks..I actually just started to transfer stuff with a flash drive and that seems to be working fine. But I do have another question. When I tried using Migration and didn't set up an alternate user it only transferred a folder which is titled TMP(from old mac). Can I trash that? The new computer has it's own TMP folder correct? Thought I'd ask before I screw something up.
