security questions and my OLD email-adress

I need to edit my security questions, and Itunes says it will send a link to edit, but will only send to my old email address which i cant access anymore. There is no sign of this old email in my apple ID, how do i change this setting so it sends the link to my CURRENT ADDRESS.
