Why am I unable to purchase an album that is labeled explicit?

How do I retrieve my restrictions pass code? Do not ever remember setting that up?
To remove the Restrictions passcode you will need to either...
1) Restore the Device as New... See Sections 5 and 6 here...

2) From a Backup created Before the Restrictions Code was set....
