Q: password to unlock your Iphone backup!

Dear apple,

I did a back up for my iphone 5 using my PC, and the process went well. when i pluged in my new ipohne 5s to restore my recent back up, itunes asked me to enter a password to unlock my Iphone backup, which i dont remeber that i encrypted my back up !!!!

please advise ASAP as i am unable to restore anything.

If you cannot remember the password you will not be able to restore the backup.
