does iphone 4 has parallax effect and parallax effect and proximity sensor issue

Hello,

i have a iphone 4 updated to ios 7.0.4

i have read somewhere that ios 7 has following two features

1) Parallax effect---ie feel like icon's are come little upside

2) Panoramic wallpaper ----------ie wallpaper set on home screen as well as on lock screen actually moves when we move iphone to side it works with the help of gyro.

but in my iphone both features aren't working at all

and pls tell me anyone that how to start proximity sensor

it is troubling me often during calls accidentally touches to either to hold button or mute button

PLS HELP ANYONE
