Q: trash bin emptying seems to have halted?

Can anybody put some light on the above problem. The only thing that I know of that might have provided a cause for this, is that the PHOTOBOOTH has been left on accidentally for several days! The highest reading of CPU load seems to indicate that the photobooth APP could be the problem, but now that this is swithced off, should this now return the Trash bin to normal?

    Thank you Linc Davies, this has provided me with a FINDERpage of contents.

    Clearly there is still something of a problem to sort out, as it is a large list of music that I have been converting from my old vinyl's to get into my iTunes and this is not because I have not been emptying the trash.
