I need to update my Mac OS version, but I can't give them any payment information so they won't confirm my account. What can I do?

Please help me, because I really need to update my cause of the weird thinks happens sometimes. And there are other update who will fix that, but I can only get those updates if I can update my Mac OS..

MacBook Air, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

Apple ID security issues -

Call Apple Care and ask for the Account Security Team. They can assist you with your issue.
