I have started mitigation assistant to transfer files from my pc (running vista) to my new Mac. I was able to validate the numerical code that was generated both on the Mac and the PC. Both computers now say "Searching Ellen's Documents" for over 16 hours. It has not even displayed what files I would like to transfer to even begin the transfer. It doesn't show how much time is expected for thte searching to finish and of course it does not show how long the transfer will take as items to be transfered have not been selected.
Help! What should I do?
Do I need to start over?
If I need to stop the process and start over how do I do this?
