Actions in Mail not reflected accross devices

Hi,

I have an iMac, a Macbook Pro and an iPhone5S. All are updated and current - OS X10.9.1. My iPhone seems the most disciplined, but the other two do not seem to reflect actions taken in either - Read message, Deleted message, Sent message. And that's at home within feet of my wifi router.

Any ideas on that? Thanks,
