unable to add printer after installing hp print drivers

Everytime I go to add printer ➕ i receive a message that the software for this printer is currently unavailable.

It appears to be defaulting to "apple" to find the drivers from HP. I have alreaded installed them, just cant tell the software where to find them. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
