But other than that, and if you plan to tether. the 32GB Wifi only version is a better choice.

Dec 30, 2013 10:25 AM in response to bobseufertby Phil0124,When tethered to the iPhone the iPad will use the iPhone's GPS location as a basis. So yiou don't really need the GPS chip on the iPad.

Works well if you are not a heavy telephone user..
