How to run select programs like Photoshop on Cintiq 22HD?

I have a MacPro running dual monitors- 27" Viewsonic and Cintiq 22HD. I want use the Viewsonic as my primary monitor for other programs and simultaneously use Cintiq for Photoshop with all the tools and menus on the Cintiq. Is there a way to dset that up without making the Cintiq the primary monitor? Any help will be greatly appreciated as Cintiq does not answer this issue.

Mac Pro, iOS 7.0.4, CINTIQ 22HD

Look closely at the section in this article under "Extended Desktop"

This feature combines two displays along an edge of your choosing, and allows you to move the mouse freely across the "boundary" between the displays. You can drag a window to the other display, and even drop a window on the boundary and it will scroll and update "the right way".

Thanks for the quick reply Grant! Right- I know I can extend my desktop and can drag Photoshop and all the other necessary boxes like layers, swatches, history, etc. over to the Cintiq. Since I work in P-shop daily that would be a real pain to do each morning. I was hoping that there is a way to open all of Photoshop directly on the Cintiq and still have other programs like Cinema4D or InDesign open and running on the primary monitor.
