What happens if I delete my Snapchat App?

I've been thinking of deleting my snapchat app and download it again so I can have more memory, but I'm afraid if I delete it that everything will be erased. What happens if I delete the app? Will I lose all my friends and previous snaps? Or if I download it again and log in will everything will be there again?
