Fingerprint ID not working in the App Store (iPhone 5S) (7.0.4)

Hi,

I have my Fingerprint ID set up, both using it for a pass code and to purchase free and paid apps.


The Passcode portion is fine, I can use my fingerprint as my Passcode, but when I go onto the App Store, every time I want to get a free app, it keeps saying the following:


Sign in to iTunes Store

Enter the Apple ID password for "(My Apple ID)"


Then it asks me to enter it, I enter it, and it starts downloading. This happens for every app I download, every single one.


I do not have Restrictions on, I'm running iOS 7.0.4, inside Passcode and Touch ID, Require Passcode is set to immediately. I cannot change it from immediately. Touch ID is enabled for iPhone Unlock and iTunes and App Store.



Any help is appriciated.
