I tap on an email on my iphone that I have previously looked at and now it will not open. I can open other emails that have not been opened previously.
What is wrong?
Also, ... I used to be able to open an email on my phone and if it was something I wanted to send to the trash, I would touch the Trash icon and the email would be deleted. Now it doesn't work. ??
Everything worked fine until I changed the settings for incoming and outgoing mail. Verizon wanted users to change settings from:
incoming.verizon.net to pop.verizon.net Port 995
outgoing.verizon.net to smtp.verizon.net Port 465
Also supposed to Enable SSL for both and change the Port
Since I've done this I am having issues with things not working. I am not a computer person.
Can anyone help me?
