Have ipad & mini in version 7.0.4. Been looking for a way to turn email notifications off when machine is asleep. Been all through notification center, mail app and browsed online help. Have turned off or disable almost every feature I can find, still getting notifications. Am I missing a step or two??

Yes Brenden, activiating the "do not disturb" function has worked! I have tried many other routes on advice of others, sometimes the simplest method is most effective ;-) I'm assuming that now I can go back into notiifaction center, turn on various of the views, and re-include apps I've moved to do not include?
