Specifically, the "call home" things that ios does when it connects to a new network.
It brings up a safari webview outside of a browser that shows some functionality i need to troubleshoot.
It showed once, but i want to see it again, whenever i want to... Is there a way to reset this so it shows every time i connect to a known wifi?

There is no such thing as "call home" that displays.
Do you possibly mean the prompt tha appears to connect to Wi-Fi when a new network is detected? If so, Settings > Wi-Fi > Ask to Join Networks
how can i force this page to show?
