Q: I have the newest Apple TV, and trying to play a DVD via my MacBook Pro....however, I only get audio and the video turns to a grey and white box screen? Any ideas?

I have the newest Apple TV, and just trying to play a DVD via MacBook Pro. Get audio but video is just grey and white boxes? Any ideas? Only when mirroring the boxes appear?

Apple's DVD player blocks AirPlay, try using an alternative DVD player such as VLC.
