I can install viber on other type phone like Samsung but when I want to install and get access code by iPhone 5c then following error comes " there seems to be a problem to connection Viber's services please check your connection and try again"
Viber is a 3rd party app. Check with their support section for problems you installation.
I said to them but they said it is related to Apple because you can install on other phones
Then try deleting the app, download it again and attempt the install.
I already done this matter many times but all the time the same error comes
Viber can be installed on the iPhone via the App Store. I find it unusual that Viber support says it is an Apple issue because you can install on other phones. The only alternative you have is what I have described or to have Viber help you.
