When I ring someone on FaceTime, I can get them and I hear FaceTime ring. When someone rings me, FaceTime Remain unresponsive. Why is this so? I use FaceTime very regularly and I am inconvenienced when it is down.

If we are talking about the Mac version I would check your Mac Firewall settings and whether your Router is allowing the ports involved.
