Well, there isn't much you can do unless you want to return to Snow Leopard. 10.7.5 is the only version of Lion now available. You cannot downgrade unless you erase the drive and reinstall Snow Leopard.
So I'm not able to reinstall 10.7.4 or something like that?
Only if you happen to have saved an installer for an earlier version. Otherwise, you cannot. Maybe you should see if your game has been updated to work with the version you have.
I still have the downloaded version 10.7.4 if that would work? & alright I'll check again.
If you ever wish to use it again then be sure you don't leave it in the Applications folder or it will be deleted after the installation. Also, keep in mind that this is not supported by Apple. I would backup before reinstalling in case it does not work as you expect.
I also do have a time machine so if I plugged it I'm and used that would that help?
Only if you had a full 10.7.4 backup on it, otherwise, it would be a mix of two versions. That would not work at all.
Personally, the only "correct" way to do this is to first backup your data, erase the drive, install the older version, then restore your data.
