Dec 30, 2013 1:12 PM in response to Tmsaegertby ChrisJ4203,Go into Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content and Settings. That will remove everything from the phone and allow you to restore to the backup. Remember, anything on the phone now will be deleted.
