When I got my new iPhone 5C the sales guy blew through the setup. How do I get back to the Setup Assistant?
iPhone 5c, iOS 7.0.4
Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content & Settings.
Go into Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content and Settings. That will remove everything from the phone and allow you to restore to the backup. Remember, anything on the phone now will be deleted.
I am having this same problem and will found this solution very helpful.
