Q: ApplePhotoStreams crashes

I keep getting a crash and when i debug the following information is given:

First-chance exception at 0x752fc41f in ApplePhotoStreams.exe: Microsoft C++ exception: SqlLiteException at memory location 0x069df628..

My photoes are synced to a point and then it just stops. this is specific to PhotoStream

Any ideas of what i can do to correct this?

I have reinstalled iCloud serveral times.  I get the same result each time.
