Early 2011 Macbook Pro running slowly - Mavericks? Info on machine included.

Below is the info on my Mac using Etresoft (any personal information deleted).

I've recently noticed that my machine is crashing and running SO slowly and I'm thinking it could be Mavericks as I know others have had similar problems... anything here for the experts to say, "Oh, yeah, such and such is causing it,"??
