iCloud Keychains problems!

Everytime I turn on my MacBook, is required my keychains password, saying "iCloud.helper wants to use information". It is a really annoying problem. I am also having trouble while activating the iCloud Keychains, after the ID password it says that "The keychains were not activated due to a connection problem with iCloud". My email is not working too, it insists on requiring my password every second. This happened after the latest software update OS X Mavericks. What shoul I do? I am a new MacBook user.
