Is there a fix for this yet, is apple even aware this is a problem?
*Please note I have tried skipping to the end of the movie or show and it did not fix the problem

Yeah i'm having this problem. I noticed today that i had 4gb of used storage that was in the 'other' category.
I did a factory restore and tested to see if it was the streaming. It was.
I did another factory restore and am just not going to stream anything until this is fixed on their end. Pretty annoying
Same here man. This is annoying.
I'm also having this problem. It's a bug in iOS memory management I think - very poor that Apple still haven't fixed it. The only fix I've found is to reset the device and restore from iCloud.
After streaming a purchased movie or tv show from the video app on iOS 7, storage is taken up on the device in the "other" category
