Check if this might help your iphone get fixed.
i have gone through all the possible answers on the internet but nothing worked out with those.
Here we have different scenarios.
1. Few iphone can be set when u turn the flight mode on & off.
2. By turning on the caller id.
3. By installing caller id only for jail break users.
4. Resetting the Iphone.
5. Check if the carrier number is displayed or not or give it manually.
If u have tried all the above and didnt work plz try this.
1. First turn off the iphone, Remove the sim and reinsert it back.
2. Turn on the Iphone and connect it to the computer and backup the iphone data.
3. Then Sync it and check it shud b working and that worked for me
4. If not repeat the process for 3 times as i did.
Seriously it didnt work on the very first time but finally it was fixed without any issues again.
