Q: Cellular data problem

I keep trying to reset my cellular data account but my old carrier, AT&T, will not disappear. When I hit settings, cellular data, view account, there is no selection to deactivate or change the carrier. Help.

iPad, iOS 7.0.4

The HT4572 article you attached says:

If you do not see a button labeled View Account, contact the carrier and ask them to deactivate your account.
