So I'm thinking to upgrade my Ram from 4GB (now 2 slots with 2GB) to 8 gb.
Is it Ok if I put one modeule from 4GB INTO MY THIRD empty slot ? Or do I have to use 2 times 2GB like in the other slots ?

I recommend you to get 2 modules of 2 GB of RAM each one and put them into the two free slots. By doing this, you will get advantage of Dual Channel, which improves your RAM performance. Only get 1 module of 4 GB of RAM if you think you will need to get more RAM in the future.
