iTunes Download Stuck "Processing"

Does anyone have a suggested fix for a download that's been stuck in "processing" for more than 30 minutes?

iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.4

Hey ormana,

First, try force closing the music app:
  1. Double-click the Home button.
  2. Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
  3. Swipe the app up to close it.

If you reopen the app and the song is still stuck, I would reset the device:

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

What if I've tried both of the aforementioned things and neither worked? If I download a full album from my cloud, the first couple of songs download almost all the way, then get frozen in processing.... currently, the two frozen songs of mine, are still showing processing in the iTunes app, and they show the downloading circle icon in the Music app.

Even after forcing both apps to close, and restarting my phone, they're both still there.

Is there ever going to be a fix for this? It's been ongoing and is VERY frustrating...

The only work around I've found for this problem is to download one song at a time, which is not at all what I'd like to do.
