How can I restore my iCloud after a hack?

My iCloud account has lost all its data eg: contacts, reminders, notes ect and I need to restore it, this deletion has happened when an older phone of mine that I thought had been delted and restored to blank synced to iCloud and all my current iCloud data has been removed from iCloud.com and my iPhone 5 and my MacBook Air.

I need to restore my iCloud to a few days ago when everything was the way I remmber???
