Q: Once I have turned on iTunes-Match from my computer & iPhone--is it OK to delete all the songs from my Iphone?

My iPhone has very little memory 256MB---13.1GB has been used mostly for music. I have purchased and switched ON iphone Match for my phone and subscribed to on Website via laptop.

Can I now DELETE all songs from my iPhone to increase available iPhone memory--and still have access to all my music?
