Is there an app for iPads that you can get to put a pic, and a logo on to create flyers? My husband is running for Mayor, we need to make flyers?

Pages for iOS would be good for creating flyers.

I'm sure that there are other apps that would also work, but I'd suggest you look at Pages first.
