Q: I am unable to upload Fujifilm software to camera from card. Is it a Mac incompatibility as it was in my Epson printer software?

I am unable to upload Fujifilm software to camera from card. Is it a Mac incompatibility with software? Three days of following instructions from Fuji and still no luck.

iMac, iOS 7.0.1

During upload to camera screen says "cannot read card--turn camera off".
