WHEN IM USEING DOWNLOADER APP when I search for **** I get a black screen with two red lines across it and in the middle it says this website blocked by NETGEAR firewall how do I fix this?

Open your NetGear router's manual, read it carefully. Or stop watching the stuff.
You need to get the administrative password for the Netgear. Read the instruction book that came with it. If you don't have it, check their website. The default is likely something simple like "admin."
It's probably not a good idea to completely remove the firewall unless necessary. Once you get access, weaken the firewall a notch and test. Repeat as required.
