my Iphone 4 dont start!!
after upgrading to new update ios 7.0.4 my I cant get my phone to start, if gives me low battery , its been in charge for hours ,with no benifits, the charger works. any idea?

Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...
Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)
Release the Buttons...
