Can I bring my Iphone5 Charger to my local Apple store and trade it out?

How can I Fix my charger? I think its going out Its currently plugged into my Iphone5 but the only way it chargers is if its held a ceartain way. What do i do? im not paying another 19$ when i just bought this one not to long ago either Apple makes a better product or im switching.This like my 10th wire in with the first few months i had this phone.With my Android I didnt have this problem. Can someone Help me???? A very upset person
