Q: my iphone was stolen.  what should I do to try to protect my self (as much as possible I guess)

My Iphone was stolen.  Any suggestions on what to do nexxt (besides pray that I get it back! )

Called Verizon and had them put it on lost mode and then put it on lost mode on icloud.  ANyway to get my pictures back? Are they stored where on icloud?  What should I do about all my apps?  Thanks so much.  This is one of the worst things I have had happened to me so right now any help I can get would be appreciated.
