CANDY CRUSH NOT DOWNLOADING ON OUR IPAD

we are not able to download candy crush or any other app on our ipad. it only shows waiting sign

iPad, iOS 7.0.4

Check if there's stalled or partially downloaded Podcast, movies in iTune Store (see bottom right)

Make sure you are connected to wifi and have a signal.
